The menus in Tutti

Feed

Inside the "Feed" tab, all posts related to your membership are displayed.
If you are a member of several organisations, the information will appear chronologically as a list.
The icon on the left tells you which organization sent out the information.

Click on the post to read the entire post or comment.
Comments you write will be visible to everyone who has received the post.

At the top, it is possible to use a search field to search for keywords related to specific posts.



Activities

In the "Feed" menu, you get a list of all the activities related to your membership.
If you are a member of several organisations, all activities across the organizations will be listed chronologically.


Click on the activity to see more information.

Inside the activity, you get information related to the activity and it is possible to sign up for/off the activity.
Write a comment for the opt-in/unsubscribe by pressing the arrow to the right of the message boxes. This comment will be visible to those who sit on the board.


Home

If you are a member of several organizations that use Tutti, all the organizations will be listed here. Click on the organization you want to see information from.
When the organization is selected, you get a separate menu at the top of the app where you can choose which info you want to see. The tabs "Feed" and "Activities" are similar to the main menus of the same name, but these will only contain posts/activities for the organization you are in.

Activities - Display of activities associated with the selected organization

The board/positions - See people who sit on the board or are registered with positions in the chosen organisation.
The persons in the list are included with contact information and a description of their role.
Click on the name to get contact information for that person. There is a contact box on the right side that can be expanded.



Messages

In this menu you can see messages sent by other people in your organisation.
If you click on a message thread, you will have the option to reply to the person.

You can also create a new message thread with one or more people by:
  1. Press the orange "+" button at the bottom right
  2. Select organization
  3. Select a person you want to create a message thread with
  4. Press "create new conversation" at the very bottom of the page when the correct person(s) have been selected



Projects

Projects created by the organizations you are part of will be listed here.

Organizations that have adopted the Sheet music archive module in the Board portal get access to sheet music linked to their instrument group in this tab.
  1. Select project
  2. Select note set
  3. Download the score directly to your phone or tablet
  4. The score can be opened directly in a PDF reader or in a score program, such as MuseScore or forScore



Other

At the top of the image in the app you will find 3 symbols:
ID card, Notifications (the bell), and Settings (the gear)


ID card

Get access to your profile. Here you can see which organizations you are a member of, see user details, and see paid and unpaid invoices.

It is possible to add a custom profile picture to your user.



Alerts (bell)

An overview of notifications sent out by the member organizations you are affiliated with.
Click on the case you want to read more about, and you will be taken straight to the post.
Tap the "letter" icon at the top right to "mark all notifications as read".



Settings

Change the password associated with your user

Subscribe to calendar - The activity list in tutti can be subscribed to. Follow the wizard provided on this page to subscribe to activities in Tutti on a Google calendar or Outlook. It is possible to receive an email with instructions on how to do this.

Switch push notifications on and off - Choose the kind of push notifications you want to receive.
